Las Mimosas is a hotel that you wouldn't necessarily expect to find in The Bay of San Antonio. Tucked away around a dust road next to a very 'inconspicuously labelled' direction sign, the luxurious yet understated boutique suites provide a relaxing break surrounded by nature for the discerning guest who doesn't want to be disturbed!
The hotel only opened in June this year and offers stunning Ibicencan styled living space consisting of 17 suite rooms, all with their own bathroom. The junior suite includes a comfortable sofa bed for larger families or groups.
Las Mimosas oozes class with its minimalistic décor and tranquil atmosphere, it's most definitely the ultimate getaway place whilst on The White Isle of Ibiza.
From the second you walk up to the entrance you know you're about to experience something wonderful.
You can laze around the pool on one of the comfortable sun loungers, or four-poster day beds and sporadically have a dip in their warm, enticing pool throughout the day.
The hotel serves delicious, fresh, authentic Italian cuisine from their restaurant and wonderfully refreshing cocktails. Everything can be brought over to you around the pool by the friendly staff, so you really are very well looked after during your stay and don't have to move unless you really have to.
Hotel Manager Noré shows a genuine passion for seeing the business succeed. Owned by The Mambo Group (Café Mambo, Mint etc) there really is little doubt that it wont. Although such a prominent family are at the forefront of this creation, they have not boldly advertised it as part of their empire. It is a world away from The Sunset Strip in terms of style and atmosphere. The hotel is almost like a retreat rather than a holiday, as its tranquil surroundings attract those who are looking to unwind rather than party.
If the comfy rooms and relaxing pool area aren't enough to tempt you then the hotel also offers a Gym, Spa and two Treatments rooms to really help you relax during your stay.
All in all, Las Mimosas deserves top marks for their wonderfully inviting new hotel which really does go above and beyond for their guests throughout their whole stay.
